Telegram Group Video Calls

Telegram has announced its latest update that adds support for group video calls, animated backgrounds, message animations, and more. With this, voice chats in any group can now turn in group video calls by tapping the camera icon to switch the video on. Smart Communications, the mobile arm of PLDT, has rolled out a new feature that lets its users make video calls directly from their phones without the need for apps like Messenger, Zoom, or WhatsApp. If you’re a Smart or TNT subscriber with an unlimited call package, you can now place high-quality video calls and the cost will already be covered by your voice subscription. While many Filipinos already rely on popular apps for video calls, Smart said that ViLTE provides a better and more stable experience. This expansion is meant to give customers smoother and faster services for video calls, streaming, and even mobile gaming.
