LinkedIn has announced its Top Companies List in the Philippines which reveals the 15 best workplaces where professionals can thrive with their careers. To rank the companies, LinkedIn utilized its platform data and evaluated them based on eight pillars that demonstrate a path to career progression. Other IT services and consulting firms, Kyndryl at #8, and financial services companies Citi (#12) and Prudential (#14) also made it to the top 15. This signals opportunities for professionals with diverse backgrounds and skill sets in various companies and industries. Top Companies’ preferences According to LinkedIn data, the in-demand skills in the IT services sector are associated with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Computer Security, while the financial services sector is looking for skills associated with Fintech, Artificial Intelligence, and Economics. And some of the top companies are investing in the largest job functions such as Engineering, Information Technology, Customer Success, and Support. With LinkedIn’s third annual edition of the list, professionals can gain valuable insights into the most significant job functions and in-demand skills of the companies, which can help them secure job opportunities.
