#Toyota Corolla Cross Philippines

Toyota Philippines brings its first hybrid crossover under the Corolla series, the new Corolla Cross. The Corolla Cross comes in two variants: a 1.8 V HV and a 1.8 G CVT.  Both are equipped with a 1.8L engine with an electric motor and Atkinson Cycle for the hybrid variant. As a city crossover, the Corolla Cross features a double trapezoid front grille, defined lines that run from the side to the front of the aerodynamic cabin, and the subtle “Double C” character lines along with the vehicle’s side profile. Under the Toyota Safety Sense, the hybrid variant features pre-collision system, adaptive cruise control, lane departure alert, lane tracing assist, and automatic high beam,  blind-spot monitor, and rear cross-traffic alert. The Corolla Cross is now at Toyota dealerships nationwide. As part of Toyota Motor Corp's recall of 6.39 million vehicles worldwide, Toyota Motor Philippines is recalling Innova, Fortuner, and Hilux units sold in the country from November 2004 to June 2010. There are, however, no incidents reported related to this condition." To address the problem, Toyota Motor Philippines launched its "Special Service Campaign" to have the faulty parts replaced free of charge. "In line with Toyota’s firm commitment on product safety and quality, Toyota Motor Philippines will issue a Special Service Campaign (SSC) on the affected models.
