Vehicles whos main purpose is to use as little fuel as possible (Hybrids) or no fuel at all (EVs). Due to the way these vehicles are designed, they produce less harmful emissions (Hybrid) or none in the case of the EV. While there are some tax breaks for these vehicles, they aren't nearly enough to keep prices down. However, If support grows and more people get on the bandwagon, it'll force the governing bodies and automakers to seriously work together to ease the worry and make buying these types of vehicles more feasible. Tesla, known for being one of the biggest manufacturers of electric vehicles today, has delivered its first 30 Model 3s to their respective owners last Friday at the automaker's manufacturing plant in Fermont, California. China has been known to make almost anything, and just recently Beijing-based CH-Auto made its first-ever electric vehicle. CH-Auto made it clear that this wouldn't be their first and last electric vehicle since they have a long term plan of producing up to 500,000 units (mass-market vehicles included) annually, reports the source. The fifth or left most lane on Edsa will be reserved for High Occupancy Vehicles (HOV) or vehicles with two or more passengers.
