Globe hits all-time high revenue of Php113.7 billion

Listen to article

Globe has announced that they’ve hit an all-time high in terms of revenues that reached Php113.7 billion. This represents about 15% growth from the previous year. Most of the revenues came from their mobile business which contributed Php85.1 billion.

This does not include the sale of 51% of its subsidiary, Yondu (Entertainment Gateway Group), for Php900 Million to Xurpas last September 2015.

All in all, Globe made about Php15.1 billion in core profits for 2015.

in terms of customer service, mas gusto ko ang globe mabilis sumagot ang CS & TS. samantalang sa PLDT magugulat ka nalang na yung call mo 30 mins na hindi parin sinasagot.

At the end of the day, I don’t use Globe for data services.

I use Smart because their 4G is reliable and there’s no data capping.

I have consumed 497 GB of data for one month and it was perfect. Internet speed remains fast without inconsistency. All of that I pay only 995 per month and internet speeds range from 12 ( day ) – 49 ( night ) megabits per second.

Come to think of it, if the government is not corrupt they can help private companies such as Globe and Smart / PDLT / Sun build and improve the infra of telcos (not just cellsites but also the under cable wires)

Since the companies are shouldering the expenses, naturally they are asking us to pay for what they are investing, improvement should also come from the government. Hello, NTC!

agree!

At the end of the day, Globe will be better than Smart or Sun or PLDT. Just my opinion.
