Seagate Technology has officially launched its Ultra Compact SSD in the Philippines, offering a lightweight and portable storage solution for users who need fast and durable data access on the go.
The device features read speeds of up to 1,000 MB per second and comes in two storage options: 1 TB priced at ₱5,749 and 2 TB for ₱10,499. It connects directly via USB-C and is compatible with a wide range of devices, including Windows PCs, Macs, Android phones, iPhones, tablets, and even gaming consoles.
Designed for travel and everyday use, the drive is equipped with 3-meter drop protection, IP54-rated resistance against dust and water, and a removable rubber sleeve for extra durability. The casing is also environmentally conscious, made from at least 35 percent recycled materials.
Each purchase includes a three-year limited warranty and Seagate’s Rescue Data Recovery Services. Users also receive access to Seagate Toolkit for backup software, a six-month Dropbox Backup trial, and a six-month subscription to Mylio Photos+ for organizing and protecting digital media.
The Seagate Ultra Compact SSD will be available starting tomorrow at authorized Seagate retailers and online stores across the Philippines.
