Similar to its predecessor—the Xiaomi 12S Ultra—all of the four cameras at the rear are placed in circular glass bump with the lenses aligned in a trapezoidal manner.

The back shell also has a faux leather finish for the Black and Green colorways.

The main camera utilizes a 50 megapixel 1-inch lens with a variable, two-stop aperture from either f/1.9 to f/4.0 giving users physical control on depth of field.

The other three cameras are all 50 megapixels too including: a 75mm f/1.8 telephoto lens (3.2x zoom); another telephoto lens (5x zoom) with 120mm focal length and f/3.0 aperture; and a 12mm ultrawide (122-degree field of view) that can shoot macro at 5cm distance.

All rear cameras except the ultrawide have optical image stabilization.

At the front is a 32-megapixel camera housed in a centered punch hole notch.

The display uses a 6.73-inch 2K resolution (3200 x 1440 pixels) AMOLED panel with 120 hertz adaptive refresh rate and up to 2,600 nits of peak brightness as Xiaomi claims.

Under the hood is the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset configured with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB UFS 4.0 storage.

The Xiaomi 13 Ultra implements an aerospace-grade toroidal cooling vapor chamber, and an IP68 dust and water resistance.

Its battery is rated at 5,000mAh combined with 90W fast charging and 50W wirelessly.
