A number of bigtime AdSense Publishers have shared to me that their Page eCPM has dramatically declined in the last 12 months. Whether this trend coincides with the US financial crisis or something else is yet unsure. One might even ask the question “Is Google AdSense going broke?”

Adsense for Domains has now been finally opened to international publishers, including the Philippines.
Not everyone knows that Google is also offering an AdSense partnership with people who own a lot of un-used domains. Now, every AdSense Publisher will get to run this campaign in their domains as well.

Late this week, Google announced that they’ve completed the acquisition of DoubleClick (after EU approval). They also launched the AdSense Ad Manager which, IMO, made the DoubleClick purchase a brilliant move.
Over the last 3 months, there has been numerous reports on a sudden drop on paid clicks. This was caused by Google to reduce the clickable area of the ads last November 2007.
In October 2007, Google announced YouTube with AdSense overlayed on the videos. It was a move to monetize the 1.6 billion dollar investment Google made on Youtube.
Nah, I don’t believe it. Google is against paid reviews, right? Shoemoney got an emailing that Google is doing a beta test for paid reviews via AdSense.
