A patent application filed by Apple has just surfaced, showing what seems to be a device that combines both Apple's AirPods and their classic iPod or iPod Nano design. The diagrams also show that the device serves as a case for Apple AirPods themselves. This looks to be another budding innovation from Apple but it is still in a form of a patent application so it will take a while for this "iPod-AirPod" combo to become reality (if at all). We do, however, applaud Apple for continuing to innovate especially in the now-very saturated true wireless earphone market. Last night, Apple refreshed its iPod Shuffle. The iPod Shuffle's transformation reminds me of Juicy Fruit (the chewing gum). iPod shuffle comes with the Apple Earphones with Remote and the iPod shuffle USB cable; now shipping from the Apple Store for Php4,190 and comes in Silver or Black. The jury is still out so I'm waiting for that review unit Apple is sending in next week.
