Looks like Asus has had enough of the Eee PCs (last count was 27 models). There’s some leaked details of a new high-end 10.2″ wide screen ultraportable going out their gates soon — the the shiny Asus N10 (must be Asus’ response to the MSI Wind and the Acer Aspire One).

Asus has unveiled a new member of its Eee family of PC - the All-in-One Asus Eee Monitor. This sleek and stylish Asus PC is obviously positioned towards the Apple iMac market.
For the price of at least Php12,000 would you buy a boxed desktop PC? That’s how much the upcoming Asus Eee Box will cost once it launches next month.
Those waiting for the 9-inch Asus Eee PC will most probably be disappointed with the local retail price of around Php33,900. At that price, it already costs as much as a lot of regular laptops around.
In the last four weeks after I got hold of an Asus Eee PC, it has become my tag along personal computing device. It has served me well and here are some of the nitty gritty details I’d like to share about it.

It won’t replace your current full-blown laptop now but you have something very light to carry around for all your surfing and blogging needs.
Although the battery life is just 3 hours, it still beats a lot of regular 2-hour laptops out there. A full keyboard, less than 1 KG in total weight, flash based so there are no moving parts in the storage for a bump-proof ride, and wifi connectivity tops it all. The best part is the price is as low as USD$199! How cheap is that, huh?
