Energizer XPal XP18000 Power Pack

Relevance: 100%      Posted on: August 8, 2010

When I bought that Energizer portable powerpack for my phone a couple of months back, I think I saw a much bigger one that's meant for laptops. Then last week, a rep from Energizer Philippines contacted me asking if I want to try one. So I picked the largest unit they had which is this XPal XP18000 Power Pack that's rate at 18,000mAh. I imagine my notebook's battery is only at 5,600mAh so that's like 3 times more capacity. I reckon it's possible to run my laptop for 24 straight hours using this battery pack. The portable battery pack also…

One of my recurring problems with carrying smartphones is that their batteries drain up pretty quickly, especially that it's connected to the net most of the time. So portable powerpacks like these from Energizer are very handy and useful. This one, I bought for around Php900 at the PC Show. It's an Energizer Li-Po powerpack that's rated at 2000mAh and chargers practically any mobile phone. There have been a lot of these around for some time now but I wanted to try Energizer since it looks more portable and supports almost all charging ports of mobile phones (I just needed…

So, what's inside the carrying case? - an Energizer Xpal XP1000 (1,000mAh) - a USB car charger - a USB wall charger - four (4) charging tips - charging cable The portable battery is only rated at 1000mAh so it doesn't have enough power to fully recharge most of the high-end smartphones today (which are rated…
