Apple has released a new accessory called the Smart Battery Case which charges your phone and protects it from bumps and scratches at the same time.
The Apple Smart Battery Case is designed for the iPhone 6s and iPhone 6. It features a soft-touch silicone exterior, microfiber lining, and soft elastomer hinge for easy installation. It’s not exactly sleek though due to that noticeable hump at the back.
Apple didn’t mention the capacity of the external battery but claims that it can increase your iPhone’s talk time to 25 hours, up to 18 hours on LTE, and up to 20 hours video playback.
The Smart Battery Case is locally priced at Php5,790 and comes in Charcoal Gray and White colors. See listing here.
