iPhone 5S, 5C could land in the Philippines mid-November

Based on several sources and the current calendar of releases across the globe, the iPhone 5S and the iPhone 5C might get an official release in the Philippines earlier than expected. Initial estimates put the local release around 2nd week of December.

October 25: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, French West Indies, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macau, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Reunion Island, Romania, Russia, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan and Thailand.

November 1: Albania, Armenia, Bahrain, Colombia, El Salvador, Guam, Guatemala, India, Macedonia, Malaysia, Mexico, Moldova, Montenegro, Saudi Arabia, Turkey and UAE.

That’s two more dates left for the other countries. Here are our best guesstimate.

November 8, 15, 22: Philippines (?)

This coincides with the tip we got from an insider that told us the iPhone will be released earlier than the expected December date. Both Globe and Smart will be offering the iPhones under the usual postpaid plans.

Widget city is selling the flop iPhone 5c at cheaper proce than the apple store of hong kong. Apple has also cut back production of the flop product by half. It is now being sold at US$ 500 in China and soon even less.
