Apps to help you get better grades in school

Smartphones nowadays are mostly used for social media, communicating, streaming, and gaming. But if you’re a student, this device is also a good tool to help you get better grades in school as there are plenty of apps out there that can help sharpen the mind. Check out the suggestions below.

Math Puzzle

For elementary students, Math Puzzle is a viable learning app if they want to learn about basic arithmetics such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. There is also a feature called Quick Brain trainer, which tests your IQ, concentration, and reaction speed.

Probability Math Puzzles

One of the most confusing math topics discussed in High School and even in College is Probability. This app helps you practice and understand it better as it has over 80 math problems that are all dwelling with probability.

GRE Vocabulary Builder 

English may be our second language, but not everyone has a wide vocabulary. The GRE Vocabulary Builder helps you improve your vocabulary by giving you a quiz with three levels of difficulty (Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced) for a total of 1200 words. If you want to learn more about different languages, Duolingo will be your best friend. Let’s say that you have a language elective like Spanish, and you want to get better at it; this app will surely help you get on the right track. You will learn how to read, listen, write, and speak languages such as English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Italian, Dutch, Irish, Danish, Swedish, Russian, Ukrainian, Esperanto, Polish or Turkish here.

Periodic Table Quiz

Science isn’t one of my strong suits, and I’m pretty sure you would agree that memorizing the Periodic Table is a pain when we were in High School. This app helps you master the different elements and recognize their placements in the table. Not only that, there are various quizzes to test out if you know the atomic number, atomic symbol, and weight of each element.

General Science Quiz Game

If you are into learning the general science category, this app should do the trick. There will be numerous questions in four different types — multiple-choice, entry, scratching, and blur. The user interface is simple, so you wouldn’t have to worry about getting lost in the app. It’s also a fun way to pass time.

World Geography – Quiz Game

Geography can get confusing, especially when you want to familiarize yourselves with the country’s location, flag, religion, city capital, and culture. World Geography is your new friend as it tests you in 26 different quiz options. There are over 6000 questions with four difficulty levels which should be more than enough for you to perfect your exam in school.
