Huawei rolls out EMUI 10 update for the Nova 5T

Huawei has just announced that they have started rolling out the EMUI 10 update to their popular midrange phone, the Huawei Nova 5T.

The update is for EMUI build 10.0.0.184, which has a 4.7GB file size. It also includes Huawei’s December security patch and known call issues.

There are two ways to update to the latest version, either via settings or the HiCare App.

If you want to update via settings,

1. Open Settings
2. Tap on System & updates
3. Tap on Software update
4. Tap on CHECK FOR UPDATES
5. And lastly, tap on Download and install

If you want to update via the HiCare App,

1. Open the HiCare App
2. Tap on Update
3. Tap on CHECK FOR UPDATES
4. Then tap on Download and install
