A leaked specs sheet of the upcoming BlackBerry 10 Laguna (CDMA version for Verizon) showed the most detail hardware configuration of the next line of BB handsets.
While this model is made for Verizon, the only difference between this one and the international version could be the CDMA-GSM radio.
BlackBerry 10 Laguna specs:
4.2-inch display @ 1028×768 pixels, 355ppi
Qualcomm MSM8960 Snapdragon S4 1.5GHz – 1.7GHz (dual-core Krait)
1GB RAM
16GB internal storage
up to 32GB via microSD
LTE
NFC
micro-HDMI
WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, dual-band
1800mAh battery
BB 10 OS
The pixel density of 355ppi is, if true, the highest in a handset of this category. This is probably the same BlackBerry 10 Dev Alpha handset we’ve shown here before.

Nice move BB…..

RIM is not necessarily trying to “compete” with the giants (Apple, Samsung etc) but rather trying to “catch up” with the times. :) I hope they can survive. :D
lalaland says:
wow!! really inlove with BlackBerry right now!! really hate when people talk S H I T by saying that RIM is Dead!
devs are happy to make apps for BB10 coz they say its not complicated, its easy to port the apps to the platform!
the software BB10 is really promising! very versatile… the OS is like the mash up of WP, iOS, android, webOS and MeeGo but it a BlackBerry Way!
really looking forward of owning a BB10 device next year!
FutureFanboy says:
They beat market expectation last quarter, those pinoy Ifanbois can scream all they want. RIM is here to stay and prosper.
silencer says:
hate me.. i still say rim is dead.
rocketlog says:
Despite the good sales figures, RIM still actually posted a loss last quarter.
BB10 seems like a step in the right direction, but quite frankly, I don’t think they’re out of the woods just yet.
I love how they have the Nokia N9’s Meego edge-swiping gestures at play in their latest UI demos. Really seems like quite a promising new OS.
booboo says:
After BB 10 Laguna, RIM to release BB 10 Batangas and BB 10 Cavite.
Joke lang. :p
shoktong says:
Boy Butet says:
^ Nice, I hope maging success launch nila for the BB10 para mas maging maganda ang mga competition ng diff. OS
Kaloy says:
Woohoo..! I really can’t wait for BB10. I really don’t care if those bashers/trolls continue doing what they do. Basta ang alam ko BB all the way ako since it satisfies what I want in a phone. My BB 9780 & 9320 will survive until next year. Also, I can’t wait for the upgrade of BB10 on my PlayBook. BB FTW!
paul e. says:
i really hope BB survives… for competition’s sake. it’ll be good for consumers in the long run.
saber210 says:
Ang problema kasi sa BB is yung OS, ang onti ng apps nila.. Hindi mo rin mamaximize yung specs kung onti naman ang developers..
Parang may overpowered specs ka tapos wala ka namang magawa kung hindi tumawag at magtext.

The future is starting to look bright for Blackberry. I’m so looking forward to getting that qwerty BB10 unit. I don’t care about the gazillion apps that other users seem to want since I only get the apps that I need.
