  1. wala bang less than php 10,000 na handset…sabagay, limited area coverage lang ang smart lte-a at ubod ng mahal pa kaya pang-may kaya lamang ito…3g coverage nga sa buong bansa, wala pa nga dahil may ibang areas na hanggang 1g (gsm) to 2g (edge) lamang na minsan nawawala pa…waiting for san miguel’s network to go up and challeng the duopoly…

    • Ang GSM ay hindi 1G. GSM and EDGE are both 2G.

  2. The local Galaxy A8 has an Exynos 5430, not the Snapdragon 615 (I asked the sales people at Samsung SM North before).

  3. cheapest yet you start at 24,990 which is exactly not cheap. If that is your price point you should have included Ascend Mate 7. It supports lte cat 6

  4. Sa boracay lang ata meron nyan. Mabilis nga limitado nmn sa 1gb lang.

    • is this the new definition of cheap now?

  5. Please add Xiaomi Redmi note 3 “pro” to the list. Thank you! It runs at Cat 7 LTE which supports lte advanced and is priced at 10,500 at Widget city

  6. is CAT4 counted? although it has only a max speed of 150Mbps still it is LTE-A supported am I right?

  7. Based on your own recent articles, this article should now include Alcatel Flash Plus 2 because it has 4G LTE Cat. 6. And AFP2 should now be the cheapest handset in this article because, as you said, it will sell the lower version (2gb/16gb) for Php6,990. Is this correct?

  8. Cheapest 24,000……?? mahirap talga intindihin pag blogger lang hindi writer

  9. Hahaha..this site is laughable…you can say it is cheap for the price above 10K?
    What is this yugatech

    • Cheapest = Most affordable. LTE-A is only available for most high-end smartphones as of the time of writing which was in April 2016.
