So, aside from the HTC One S and the HTC Desire C, the company also launched their very first dual-SIM Android smartphone — the HTC Desire V.

HTC Desire V specs:
4.0-inch LCD @ 480×800 pixels, 233ppi
Qualcomm MSM7227A Snapdragon 1.0GHz Cortex-A5
Adreno 200 graphics
512MB RAM
4GB internal storage
dual-SIM card
HSPA

Bluetooth 3.0
GPS w/ aGPS support
5MP rear camera
Beats Audio
FM Radio tuner
Li-Ion 1650mAh battery

Suggested retail price of the HTC One V is Php16,990. According tot he GM of HTC Philippines, the positioning here is that all of the Desire series are supposedly priced lower than any of the HTC One series.
The Desire V is a bit more expensive than the One V because it’s a new product and the One V has been in the market for a while. Eventually, the Desire V will be more affordable than the One V.
