Panasonic just unveiled a new rugged Android handheld aimed at mobile workers, the Toughbook FZ-T1. A 5-inch stylish rock hard device.

The Toughbook FZ-T1 isn’t necessarily a phone, that’s because it has a variant with WiFi only. Eitherway, it’s still pocketable and easy to carry. The device is powered by a 5-inch HD display, Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 212 processor, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of Internal storage, Android 8.1 Oreo, and a 3,200mAh hot-swappable battery.
We have an 8MP rear camera and, oddly, no front. The Toughbook FZ-T1 has a bunch of added features apart from being solidly built, one of those is a built-in barcode scanner. There’ll also be a range of accessories to be unveiled in the near future.
