Summary of Advantages
Google Pixel:
- Sharper display
- Double the RAM
- Speedier LTE Cat11 support
- Universal NFC
- Faster USB 3.0 (Type-C) port
- Larger battery
Apple iPhone 7:
- Force Touch feature
- Bigger internal storage option
- Optical image stabilization
- IP67 certified
Google Pixel has a quite larger 5-inch display over the 4.7-inch of the iPhone 7 but choosing between the sizes is completely subjective. What the Pixel’s advantage in terms of display quality is its crispier Full HD resolution and the use of an AMOLED panel. There’s double the RAM on the Pixel so, theoretically, multi-tasking should be more fluid. The LTE Cat11 radio and USB 3.0 (Type-C) port also adds great speeds on the device’s connectivity. On top of the that, the large 2,770mAh Li-Ion battery is definitely better plus it’s got rapid charging.
Apple iPhone 7, on the other hand, has its own advantages on the display thanks to its 3D Touch magic. Its camera gets the edge due to the optical image stabilization plus a larger internal storage up to 256GB. Lastly, water resistance is definitely a plus for the iPhone 7.
So, if you were to choose, which one will you get? The Google Pixel or the Apple iPhone 7? Share your thoughts in the comments below.
I agree with Duh and ROBG. This article needs revision. I really don’t get the logic of comparing Gorilla glass with 3D touch. Is it because of 2.5D in gorilla glass and 3D in 3D touch? lol
Hi, realigned the table already. Thanks.
Battery size does not mean better battery life
Larger battery does not mean better battery life, same with RAM, iPhone needs a lot less RAM
Hello, for the comparison,,,,
2.5D Corning Gorilla Glass 4 – GOOGLE PIXEL
and for the iPhone 7 ( 3D touch, fyi is not the GLASS itself, its a FEATURE )
DO NOT mention USB Type C as an ADVANTAGE, as iOS dont use it anyway. ( you are NOT comparing 2 ANDROID phones )
It’s mentioned that the advantage is the USB 3.0 transfer speeds not the type of port.
its not actually the SPEED i am talking to, it’s the USB itself.
Well if you will compare BOTH android, I might be impressed with the critic.
Nice try though.
pixel has optical image stabilization too..
I’ll go for this year’s iPhone. Stay away from first gen products!..
Pero na gets ko kung bakit mahal ang Pixel. I might have the second gen Pixel.
