Grab introduces GrabMart, an on-demand grocery delivery service

Listen to article

Grab’s new on-demand grocery delivery service Grab Mart is now available on the Grab app.

Due to the enhanced community quarantine imposed to prevent the spread of COVID-19, Grab has extended its services to accommodate grocery deliveries. Packaged goods, beverages, home and personal care, pantry supplies, and pet care items are all available on the app.

To order, select “Mart” on the app’s main page, then select a GrabMart merchant. From there, you can browse and select from the available products then place an order and wait for your delivery.

GrabMart is currently only available in select parts of Metro Manila. They begin delivering as early as 8 AM for a starting delivery fee of PHP 120. There is no minimum order fee, although a fee of PHP 30 will be charged to orders below PHP 1,500. They also have a maximum order of PHP 3,000. Payment options available are GrabPay and Cash on Delivery.

I just checked. On app’s latest version, there’s no trace of this. Fake news, Yugatech?
