The launch date for the HUAWEI Pura 80 Series has been confirmed for June 11, 2025. For reference, this line is known for being flagship offerings fitted with great cameras.
In other words, the series will be launched as soon as next week. This news came via Weibo, as HUAWEI shared a promotional poster earlier today that confirms the event.
The poster focuses on a close-up of a camera enclosure with two glossy lenses with a thick golden rim. Netizens have speculated that this could be dual-periscope telephoto sensors. For now, it’s expected to be the Pura 80 Pro+ or Pura 80 Ultra model.
All things considered, the teaser image and caption implies that the line’s imaging capabilities have been improved. Unfortunately, key specs and other details have yet to be unpacked. At the very least, the brand verified that this line will be running on the stable version of HarmonyOS 5.0.
Just a month ago, a senior HUAWEI executive hinted that the series was to be released this month. This announcement confirms the early rumors as the event’s set for 14:30 in Beijing time.
