LG Electronics Philippines has just introduced new UltraWide, UltraFine, UltraGear monitors to the local market.
According to the brand, LG UltraWide monitors feature an extra-wide 21:9 IPS display for true color accuracy at wide angles. The line offers 33% more screen space than a regular 16:9 aspect ratio. It also features HDR10 and is backed by up to 350 nits of brightness. In addition, the 3-side virtually borderless design with slim bezels will give you a wider view of your screen. For gaming, it has an AMD FreeSync
technology that eliminates the tearing difference between the graphics card’s frame rate and
monitor’s refresh rate.
However, the UltraFine Display Ergo has a flexible ergonomic stand that can be adapted to each user’s environmental characteristics. LG claims that its technologically and ergonomically advanced stand helps to promote good posture through its high degree of adjustability, enabling each user to create a perfectly customized workstation. In addition, LG’s UHD IPS Display features 4K resolution presents clarity and fine detail with four times the resolution of Full HD.
Meanwhile, the LG UltraGear line of monitors boasts a 1ms IPS display with 99% sRGB. This line includes NVIDIA-tested and officially verified G-Sync Compatible monitors that claim to reduce screen tearing and minimizing stutter for gaming. According to LG, with a connection to an HDR-capable console (Xbox One S / PS4 Pro) or HDR-supported graphics card, users will experience punchier brightness and highlights with deeper shadows and silhouettes.
