Motorola PH teases arrival of Edge smartphone

Motorola has just teased the newest smartphone that they plan to release in the Philippines. The company has just changed their cover photo on their Facebook page to a teaser of what their next smartphone is with the phrase, Find Your Edge.

This is in line with the announcement of the Motorola Edge lineup that was announced globally last July. The company released three Edge variants that month: the Motorola Edge 20, Edge 20 Pro, and Edge 20 Lite.

All three smartphones share the same 6.7-inch OLED display. However, the Motorola Edge 20 and 20 Pro have an improved refresh rate of 144Hz compared to the 20 Lite’s 90Hz.

In terms of processor, the Motorola Edge 20 Lite boasts a MediaTek Dimensity 720. However, the Edge 20 is equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G, while the Edge 20 Pro comes with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 870. The Edge 20 and Edge 20 Lite sport 8GB RAM with 128GB storage, whereas the 20 Pro comes with 12GB of RAM and 256GB.

Is this just another tease? I am a hardcore motorola fan. Since birth I only buy and use motorola phones. Sadly, here in the Philippines, marketing for motorola is practically non-existent. For ages I have been wishing there is always a moto store I could go to to check all the latest models that they have just like the other brands which have sprouted like mushrooms. Even their facebook page is a joke. I wanted to buy their new phone so I clicked on their link which brought me to a list of stores. I couldnt find their store in SM so I have to go back to their link and call the number only to find that the unit I’m looking for is not available. So I ended up buying in Lazada. Thanks so much for the help Motorola Philippines.
