Netflix has recently unveiled the new Downloads For You, a feature that automatically downloads recommended shows or movies to the users’ mobile devices based on their preferences.
With the new feature, users are always in control of how much is downloaded to their devices. Check out the simple steps to opt-in:
- Go to the Downloads tab on the mobile device and toggle on Downloads For You.
- Choose the amount of content they want to be downloaded to their device (1GB, 3GB, or 5GB) and click Turn On. The more space they allow, the more recommendations Netflix will download for them.
The Downloads For You feature is now available on Android globally, and it will be rolling out soon on iOS. Make sure to update the Netflix app.
