Telegram Premium subscribers get more features like — sending files of up to 4GB and enjoy doubled limits of being able to join up to 1000 channels, create up to 20 chat folders with up to 200 chats each, add a 4th account to any Telegram app, pin 10 chats in the main list, and reserve up to 20 public t.me links.

last October 1, 2022, telegram has announced that its Telegram Premium paid subscription is available in the Philippines starting at a ‘discounted’ price of PHP 131.99 per month.
