Heads up to iPhone 6 or 6 Plus users, if you’ve noticed that something is wrong with your Twitter app, well that’s because the app needs the device to run on iOS 14.
The last update for the iPhone 6 and 6 Plus is iOS 12.5.5 which was released in September 2021. The only option for users right now is for them to download the older version of the app or use their browser to access their Twitter account
Based on Apple, only 7% are running on iOS 13 or older, so the impact on Twitter users won’t be that much. Although this goes on to show that smartphones, even iPhones will sooner or later become obsolete, either by hardware or software limitations.
