Yield Guild Games YGG Pilipinas has acquired Axies Alerts PH in an all-cash deal, according to YGG Country Manager Luis Buenaventura.

Yield Guild Games (YGG) is a Philippine-based organization that capitalizes on play-to-earn games where players take as much as 70% of the revenue split. YGG has an estimated market cap of $600 million.

It currently supports over 10,000 Axie scholars from 10 countries by December 2021. Partner games include Axie Infinity, League of Kingdoms, Splinterlands, F1® Delta Time, and Thetan Arena.

Axies Alerts PH is an independent online publication that provides timely updates regarding Axie Infinity. Daily SLP/AXS Values, server updates and other related news. Axies Alerts PH is founded by a Filipino group, Brylle Uytiepo, James Pebenito and Philip Tejada.

YGG Pilipinas has not disclosed the total cash amount involved in the acquisition of AAPH.
