3) You automatically get 1 electronic raffle entry for each bill paid from August 1 to November 30, 2013 with a minimum amount of Php50USD 0.85INR 72EUR 0.81CNY 6 per payment. Only unique bills are counted so you won’t get additional points if you split your payments to one bill.
