TECNO has introduced an upgraded version of its EllaClaw AI assistant, a beta-stage mobile AI agent designed to automate tasks across apps and optimize smartphone performance.
Unlike those traditional voice assistants, EllaClaw can take in what you ask, map out actions, and finish tasks on a user's behalf, while it still asks for permission before it makes any changes.
The AI also supports cross-app automation for ride-hailing, shopping, food delivery, and smart home control, mostly via GUI-based navigation.
It comes with more than 40 Smart Skills that help with battery, storage, RAM, CPU, and data handling, plus more personal bits like Morning Briefing and Trip Prep Assistant.
TECNO says EllaClaw is in a closed beta right now, and that wider access is planned for upcoming updates.
