Ayaneo’s latest handheld, the Pocket DS, is now up for preorder via Indiegogo, starting at $399 for early backers (PHP 22,825.99), with shipping expected by October 2025. Powered by the Snapdragon G3x Gen 2, the Pocket DS comes with up to 16GB RAM and 1TB storage, plus microSD expansion. While emulation capabilities are still unconfirmed, the Pocket DS looks like Ayaneo’s most accessible and nostalgic handheld yet, finally bringing dual-screen gaming back in style. The AYANEO Pocket DS has been unveiled as the world’s first dual-screen Android handheld gaming console. The Pocket DS also leverages different performance modes, ranging from Power Saving to Max Performance. The AYANEO Pocket DS is set to be available soon via Indiegogo.
