Canon brings its two new full-frame mirrorless cameras in the Philippines, the EOS R5 and EOS R6. The EOS R5 comes with a 45-megapixel full-frame CMOS sensor, capable of up to 51,200 ISO natively. The EOS R6, on the other hand, comes with a 20MP full-frame sensor, inherited from the flagship EOS-1DX Mark III. Both cameras come with a DIGIC X Image Processor, capable of shooting up to 20fps in full resolution, with AF and AE tracking, and compatible with Canon EF and EF-S lenses with the EF-EOS R mount adapter. For the EOS R6, customers may get Canon Care Pack Silver, exclusive and in-depth workshops with Canon Brand Ambassadors, 2 exclusive Lens Loan Coupons, two-year-long unlimited cleaning coupons, and a premium jacket. Canon Philippines has confirmed that their latest mirrorless cameras compatible with RF lenses, the EOS R5 and EOS R6, will be launching locally on August 12. Both models will come with new full-frame CMOS sensors, with the EOS R5 featuring a 45-megapixel sensor capable of recording uncropped 8K video up to 29.97 FPS. Meanwhile, the amateur-friendly EOS R6 features a 20.1-megapixel sensor capable of recording 4K video up to 59.94 FPS.
