Just a couple of days ago, Cherry Mobile has announced the new addition to the Flare family - the CM Flare HD. Most of the hardware components are identical to the other Flares (Flare 2.0, Flare 2X and Flare S) we’ve seen in recent times. The kicker here is the Flare HD’s bigger and significantly better display complete with IPS technology. The Cherry Mobile Flare HD is slated to arrive next year. During the latter part of September, Cherry Mobile has launched the Flare 2.0 which is part of the second wave of handsets under the local company’s portfolio. Much like its predecessor, there’s nothing really spectacular about the Flare 2.0’s physical attributes. Display The Flare 2.0 is equipped with the same 4-inch WVGA display of its predecessor. However, if you’re not too particular about those little enhancements usually found on a pricier phone, then we think that you should be able to tolerate the Flare 2.0’s shortcoming in the display category.
