Since 2023, the Land Transportation Office (LTO) and its deputized traffic enforcers have been required to accept the e-Driver’s License when presented through the Land Transportation Management System (LTMS) or the eGovPH app, as mandated under Department Order No. But aside from their official site, you may also fill out the electronic Customs Baggage Declaration Form (e-CBDF) and the electronic Currencies Declaration Form (e-CDF) via the eGovPH mobile app within 3 days before departure or arrival.
