It seems that Apple has finally come to their senses (or they’ve ran out stocks of the iPad 2), because the Cupertino-based firm has finally pulled the plug on its three year old slate in favor of the Retina-display-touting iPad 4. The Wi-Fi only model has the same price tag as the iPad Mini with Retina Display (Php22,990) while the data-enabled version will set you back Php28,490. Do note though that unlike its successor and the iPad Mini 2, the iPad with Retina Display is only available in 16GB storage capacity. Those familiar with the display of the iPhone and the iPod Touch will be pleasantly surprised with the screen of the iPad.
