Metro Manila Telephone Prefix Numbers

The NTC signed a memorandum order 10-10-2017 last October, stating that telecommunication companies with operating landlines in Metro Manila must have a prefix to the seven-digit landline number. As ordered by the National Telecommunications Commission, all Metro Manila landlines will have an additional prefix number beginning this year, bringing the landline number digit to 8.

The NTC memorandum order, 10-10-2017, signed last October, states that all telecommunications companies offering landlines in Metro Manila must add a prefix to the existing seven-digit landline number and will take effect on March 18, 2019.
