Panasonic has announced a new wearable camera that is capable of shooting 4K videos at 25fps - the HX-A500. The Panasonic HX-A500 aims to be the companion of a frequent traveler or outdoorsman who want to record their activities in ultra high-def. Users can also connect the HX-A500 to an iOS and Android device via the Panasonic Image app and broadcast live to UStream. The Panasonic HX-A500 will arrive in May with a price tag of £379.99 (around Php28,000). Panasonic has recently launched two new members of their Toughpad line of ruggedized tablets designed for "mission-critical and highly mobile workers" - the Windows 8 Pro-powered Toughpad FZ-G1, and the Android Toughpad JT-B1. Panasonic wants a share of the buzz at the Mobile World Congress with the announcement of their new flagship phone, the Eluga Power. The Panasonic Lumix DMC-LX5 is the likely successor to the popular Lumix LX3 and while it has not yet been officially released in the Philippines, a few units have been spotted in the grey market.
