Following the release of its siblings realme 9 Pro 5G and realme 9 Pro Plus 5G earlier this year, realme has recently announced the launch of realme 9 4G in India on April 7, 2022. Along with realme 9 4G, the launch event would also introduce realme GT 2 Pro in India, among others. To recall, the realme GT 2 Pro was earlier unveiled at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, Spain last February. OPPO's Realme sub-brand has unveiled the Realme 2, sporting mid-range hardware and a huge battery to boot. The Realme 2 is a lot less powerful than the Realme 1 with a Snapdragon 450 on board and features the OPPO F7's diamond back in three different colors. Realme may also bring this device to Southeast Asia and the Middle East as it plans to expand its business later this year. OPPO's sub-brand, Realme, will be announcing a new smartphone soon called the Realme 2 but its image renders leak ahead of launch. The Realme 2 will sport a notch design with a single front camera and dual rear cameras.
