When fully charged the SOL can last for an impressive 8 to 10 hours. If it runs out of juice just unfold the solar panels and it will run directly off solar energy or charge the battery in under 2 hours. The SOL is equipped with a 13.3-inch WXGA (1366 x 768) LCD screen, a 3 megapixel web camera and a 320GB HDD. So not only the SOL runs on free energy, it runs on free software as well. SOL has a price tag of $350 or around Php15,000 while the SOL Marine costs $400 or around Php17,000.
