Blockchain Technology Development Act - defining permitted and restricted use of blockchain technology in the Philippines, as well as exploring its potential in financial technology (fintech) promotion, and studying the possible use of blockchain for the purposes of the National ID System. The device is the latest in the IQOS lineup and uses induction-heating technology instead of combustion, allowing users to heat tobacco without producing smoke, fire, or ash.
