Just moments ago, Apple unveiled the 4th generation iPod Touch which features a retina display and 2 cameras (one for FaceTime and one for HD video recording).

VGA front-facing camera for Face Time
Apple claims the new iPod Touch can do 7 hours of video playback and 40 hours of audio. With the CPU and RAM upgrade, it looks like Apple is dead serious in making the iPod Touch a portable gaming device (Apple even claims it’s bigger than the PSP and Nintendo DS combined).

Dati kasi, fring had all Skype services, voice, chat video…kaya pwede yung mobile to pc video calls. Now hindi na, blinock na ng Skype yung services nila for fring…but still pwedeng ipod/iphone to any mobile capable of installing fring, fring to fring, fring to gtalk, etc. I think Skype is about to come up with their own video call app for iphone/ipods/androids/etc coming Q1 2011. Cant wait!!!
