From Darren of ProBlogger, the Google PR update is on its way. SEOs are excited, while I got a little curious.
Anyway, time for a quick check of some of my domains — this one has a PR of 5 and will probably stick to it after the update. To my surprise though, PinoyBlog.com will (hopefully) be getting a PR upgrade of 6 as well as my webhost (plogHost.com) with as PR 5 to 6 as well.

Likewise, Pinoy.Tech.Blog will now be getting a PR 5 and that’s only 2 months after launching.
To check for the PageRank (PR), I used iWebTool.com’s PageRank Prediction. It shows you your current PR alongside a predicted PR on the next update.

Blogflux is 7 all around
Yummy
Abe, I think the site you are linking to is not accurate. It says that I had a PR of 6 and in the future it will be 5. In fact, it’s the other way around. I’ve always been a PR 5, and I just checked with your Blogflux and other sites, and my site is now truly a PR 6! I thought I would never move. I am so happy. I feel like I’m somebody now. Hahaha.
Hi Rickey,
The PR prediction is not accurate. However, the current PR which is 6 is true for you and has already reflected on most Google datacenters.
Congrats for the PR upgrade!
Mine is PR4 if prefixed with www but PR5 if not. How come?
Hi Kates,
Technically, only the katesgasis.com is actually the domain. The one with “www” is actually a subdomain. Hence, the two could have different contents altogether and thus different PR.
It also means that people are linking to your site with the “www” instead of without it.
P.S.: I suggest you edit your .htaccess so that all links pointing to http://kategasis.com redirects to http://www.katesgasis.com
