Manufacturers HP and Dell are battling it out with graffiti-influenced Artist Editions of their top tier laptops. On the left hand is an HP Pavilion dv2800t and on the right side is Dell Inspiron 1525 — both unit are strikingly cool.
Dell commissioned Brooklyn-based artist Mike Ming while HP partnered with MTV to a Design Competition last year. The winner of the contest was “Asian Odyssey” by 20 year old guy named Joao Oliveira of Porto, Portugal.

Mike Ming did two designs — “Bunch O Surfers” and “Sea Sky”.

Between the two, HP gets my vote.

Dell is getting better

My vote goes to HP, too.
(Gawd, I love vectors.)
I was invited at HP Pavilion dv2800t launch @ Embassy last month, but I don’t have anything to go with so I decided not to come, I wonder who texted me?!?
I love purdy colors so dell gets my vote hehe
Love the Dell design… HP is nice but am getting tired of the vector-y look.
i vote for HP eventhough i work in DELL. DELL suck bigtime!
My vote is for HP! I really like this design, now if only I could get one…
Hp Sin Duda
HP!
Tjek this.. : Hp pavillion Mtv Limited edition
That’s my computer!:P
Totaly cool!
HP has high quality…..
I choose HP
my vote goes to DELL inspiron,
reason, im a developer i need a good laptop that can take some abuse and last longer.
ive used both .. and trust me HP’s biggest downfall is its bad batteries that eventually die on you.. and as it gets older and used more (abused in my case
) its performance goes down. Dell stands strong even the batteries have outlasted the HP pavillion
even artistically the work on the dell inspiron 1525 is much more to my taste and much subtle and attractive then the in your face HP designs
just my two cents
