Been receiving reports of reloading problems from Globe’s Prepaid customers. A similar problem was experienced with Smart’s GPRS/3G load limit.
The other day, Ajay emailed me about her problems with Globe’s Prepaid system and adds that “Globe Auto-Load and the 223 Reload number” were inoperational for about 12 straight hours.
On the other hand, I’ve also experienced problems with Smart’s 3G/GPRS not functioning even after reloading more prepaid credits. Initial attempts to connect online via 3G resulted to errors stating that I should increase my load to continue using GPRS or 3G even though my balance was still in excess of Php100. Likewise, a reload of another Php300 did not solve the issue. This bug was monitored on two separate handsets running 2 separate SIM cards. The problem lasted about a day and is now back to normal.
Anybody else experiencing the same issues in the last couple days?
