BDO is officially retiring its old BDO Digital Banking app for iOS users starting March 12, 2024. The bank encourages users to download the new “BDO Online” app as a replacement.

The new app offers upgraded user interface and features, allowing users to manage all their BDO accounts in one place. BDO advises users encountering login issues to utilize the “Need help logging in?” option within the app to setup a new password.

Users can also visit the BDO Online Banking website for alternative access to their accounts.

While the BDO Digital Banking app remains available on the Google Play Store for Android users, it is no longer listed nor searchable on the Apple App Store.
