Just read about it in Inq7.net early this morning. Several employees of call center company Epixtar Philippines are being demoted or asked to voluntarily resign prompting a labor dispute with the DOLE.

I remember about a year ago, a friend of mine who worked for Epixtar in Alabang was also asked for voluntary resignation. She fought it and went to DOLE to file a complaint. Arbitration lasted for several months and the call center company opted to do a settlement instead.

I think my friend got somewhere around a month or two of her salary on the settlement. We’re possibly looking at the same scenario here.

My boyfriend and I worked for them in Duluth. We were doing PAID political calling. They never paid us. The week before payday, they closed the business. So I say “WTF?!?!?!” We want our fxxxing money. >.<

KINAMKAM na nila lahat yun, palit panagalan lang para me corporate shield S..T!
Makakarma rin kayong may kagagawan nyan. Kelangan sa inyo, ma-media. Yun, di nyo kayang bayaran. Pati si Daddy Sammy, namatay na walang napala sa inyo. Sabi niyo, dead on arrival sa hospital, eh sa epix pa lang, kulay violet na yung tao. no doubt about it epixtar is a SCAM house. If discover only knew what goes on there on a daily basis, they would be shut down in a minuite. Encouraged to make them think we are just mailing them something, they avoid the word enrollment like the plague! At least the Duluth office, i don’t know what goes on in other offices. And it’s not like the management dosen’t know. Larry, Mike Alseth and Cole all know what’s going on that’s all they care about is their numbers, not employees or Discovers customers.

GAGO YANG EPIXTAR!!

Worked there way back in 2005 and after a few months, I resigned.

And you know what guys, up to this day, yung final check ko (for my last salary, 13th month pay, etc..) HINDI KO PA DIN NAKUKUHA!! I’ve made thousand times of follow-ups for the schedule of release but they always giving me such a stupid reason…… “WALA PA KASI PONDO PARA DUON EH..” Hell with them!! They are still recruiting new people pero yung bayad nila sa mga naging empleyado nila ay WALA??!!??

I already file a case to DOLE against epixtar and their executives.. Will fuck them BIGTIME!!

Apologize for my “words”… Bwisit lang talaga ako sa company na yan!!!

Epixtar sucks and they are in ways SCAMMERS. The protections they sell on behalf of other companies is legit but they way Epixtar sells them… Maybe 1/100 actually want it but most get mislead to buyin it.

im now working at epixtar..and heck there’s nothing wrong going on with our company..and there’s no force resignation happening whatsoever..coz my TL stayed at epix for 4 years now…and she’s been doing well…BE THERe… so ul know what’s up!

i used to work at epixtar hir in philippines..and they are doing great ryt now… the people there were very nice. we are providing gud service to the people in america. epixtar employees are not SCAMMERS!! it will only become scam, when the customer is not listening to what we are saying. i love epioxtar!

I know about epixtar they are shaddy they swear at you. Discover doesn’t know these scripts were reading they think we read of the computer. employes are incouraged to say enrollment softly. How ablout no rebutling in a norebutle state they. Epixtar tells you to. Honest people have a hard time working there. If you can’t pass your pee test they tell you to go talk to hollywood. One girl Payed a SUPERVISOR cause her pee was wrong temp. I’m telling you HONESTLY THEY ARE SHADDY.

I worked at epixtar in duluth mn for 1 year and the people were nice. Honestly though its a scam on discover card holders. Also the head boss yelled at me for 30 min cause he wanted me to change my work scheldule with no notice for 3 days. I didn’t have day care set up for that and its not going to happen that fast with 6 kids. Larry the head guy ther says my job is more important then my children. I talk to h.r and said i want him to apologize or I havew to quit. The next morning I went in and told them I quit. Will not let any man talk down to me like that and direspect my children.
