Watch: PlayStation 5 (PS5): What we know so far

Peter Rubin of Wired recently had an exclusive interview with Sony’s Mark Cerny, the lead architect for the PS4 and PSVita, who seems to now be taking the same role for the next-generation PlayStation console. Right off the bat, Cerny wanted to clear the air, the next console they’ve been spending 4 years building isn’t just some Pro+ upgrade or whatever.

Which basically translates to this being Playstation’s next-generation console. And by the powers of history and common sense, this is most likely gonna be called the PlayStation 5. Unless you know, they pull an Apple and go with PlayStation – Roman Numeral V. Here’s what we know so far.
