The HUAWEI P70 Series is on the horizon, with a potential launch scheduled on April 2, 2024 at 2:30 PM local time.
Last year, the HUAWEI P60 Series went official in March. Naturally, Huawei’s next flagship offerings are expected to launch in the same month. However, recent reports claim that the launch has been delayed due to unknown reasons.
One suggests that it was due to some supply chain problems. Another tipster claims that there are many products from other brands that launch alongside the P70, so it makes sense to set a grand launch at a later date.
On Weibo, one user claims there will be four variants: the vanilla HUAWEI P70, P70 Pro, P70 Pro+, and P70 Art. All are expected to be running the Kirin 9000S, a 7-nanometer class chipset from SMIC.
Here’s an overview of the phones’ initial specs according to info (in Chinese) deciphered by GSMArena.
We should know more about these new models if the rumored launch date is true.
