ChatGPT Go has been unveiled 15 by OpenAI as a new, affordable subscription tier. For reference, ChatGPT Plus costs USD 20 (~PHP 1,150) monthly. Meanwhile, ChatGPT Pro costs USD 200 (~PHP 11.4K).

It offers a number of improvements over the free version of ChatGPT. This includes extended GPT-5 access, longer memory for personalized responses, and more.
It caters to users who want to leverage ChatGPT’s more advanced features at a lower price point. It currently costs INR 399 (~PHP 270), which competes with most media consumption tools that are subscription-based. However, it’s currently exclusive to India for its rollout.
The country is currently OpenAI’s second-largest market after the US. CEO Sam Altman also suggested that the country has the potential to become their biggest market.
At the time of writing, OpenAI has yet to announce the availability of ChatGPT Go in other regions. We’ll update readers should we get more details on its rollout elsewhere.
