How folks in remote villages can afford expensive Satellite Internet

Every time we talk about satellite internet in the Philippines, we often get responses that the technology is costly compared to traditional internet service providers or that it is only for wealthy people who own island resorts.

So, when we heard about a story that some folks in villages around Tanay, Rizal can afford (for as low as Php13) to use satellite internet for basic needs like checking email, doing school work or simply using GCash, we headed over to the area to investigate.
